The scenic view and peaceful atmosphere made our stay worth every penny. The food served was delicious, fresh, and ample in quantity. We were pleased to have a private open-air bath which allowed us to experience a relaxing soak in privacy. we enjoyed trying the different yukatas that were available and picking our favorites.
Despite sending several emails ahead of our stay, we did not receive any response. Nonetheless, we appreciated the complimentary bus transfer to the nearby JR station during checkout.

I had a wonderful stay at a ryokan near the Osaka Kansai airport. The hotel is clean and its facilities are excellent. The location is perfect, just a short ride away from the airport. Furthermore, the hotel provides a complimentary bus transfer to a nearby JR station. The breakfast was great and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The Christmas experience was superb given the scenic views while taking a hot bath. The food offered was delicious and filling which made it worth the price. the staff was very welcoming and attentive which added to the warmth of the holiday.
The hotel was quite far from the airport which made it difficult to travel with our heavy luggage. the miscommunication between us and the hotel staff regarding our child's meals was a bit annoying and could have been avoided with better attention to detail.

We had a wonderful time at a serene hotel near Osaka airport. The hotel is located in the mountains and has beautiful walking paths to a waterfall and temple. We enjoyed the yukatas and private open-air bath. The kaiseki breakfast and dinner were mouth-watering, and the staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel even offered a complimentary bus transfer to the nearby JR station at checkout, making it much more convenient for travelers.
